Privacy Policy

Your Privacy Is PSP's Priority

At Palm Stone Productions, LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliates (referred to as "PSP", "our", "us" or "we"), our customers ("you" or "your") are our highest priority and we know how important personal privacy is to you. The foundation of our relationship with customers is based on trust, so naturally we want to protect the personal and financial information you've entrusted us with. For this reason, our policy is set forth with our procedures and we give you our pledge to protect your privacy in accordance with the following:

We do not sell personal information to anyone. We recognize and respect the privacy expectations of our customers. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, other than as described below. We have opted out all of our customers from sharing with nonaffiliated parties, meaning you do not have to formally notify us not to disclose your nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated parties. We may sometimes disclose your nonpublic personal information to our affiliates.

Note that, to protect your privacy, we cannot accept communications from someone claiming to represent you, unless the party acting for you is your attorney, guardian, trustee or is otherwise authorized by law to represent you.

  • Collection of Customer Information. We collect, retain and use only relevant information about our customers that we reasonably believe will be useful to administer our business, to provide you products and services, to ensure the security of your account and that the law allows or requires us to have to conduct our business.
  • Accuracy of Information. We have established procedures to ensure that a customer's financial information is accurate, current and complete in accordance with reasonable commercial standards. We strive to keep our records of your information accurate and we will respond promptly when we learn of the need for corrections. If you find any inaccuracy in your statement or other communications from us, please call your customer service representative at the number listed on your statement, or contact us on-line.
  • Protection of Information. We have procedures and security levels that limit employee access to nonpublic personal information to those with a business reason for knowing such information. We educate our employees so that they will understand the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy. All employees have agreed to our privacy pledge, and we take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce employee privacy assurances. We maintain appropriate security standards and procedures regarding unauthorized access to customer information. We continually update and test our technology to improve the protection of our information about you and to assure the integrity of our information.
  • Nonpublic Personal Information We May Disclose and Share. In the course of conducting our business, we don't disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. We may disclose all of the information we collect as described above in the section "Collection of Customer Information" to:
    • Companies that we use to perform marketing services on our own behalf or to other institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
    • Third party service providers that we have engaged to help deliver our services and products to you.
  • Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships. We will not share your nonpublic personal information with anyone who does not agree to keep your information confidential. If you believe we have shared your information inappropriately, please call your account representative at the number listed on your account materials or statement.
  • Sharing of Information with Our Affiliates. To be able to respond to your inquiries and determine which PSP products and services would be most useful to you, we may disclose all of the information we collect as described above in the section "Collection of Customer Information" to any third-parties responsible for coordinating our offerings. For business reasons, we've chosen to use various legal entities to provide products and services you might expect us to offer.
Internet

Any time you enter a transaction or provide personal information (such as an account number or password) in our customer information areas, we encrypt it using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL protects information as it crosses the Internet. You can tell if you are visiting a secure area within a Web site by looking at the symbol on the bottom of your browser screen. If you are using Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer, you will see either a lock or a key. When the symbol appears unbroken or the padlock is in the locked position, your session connection is taking place via a secure server.

  • E-mail Communications. E-mail is an important communication channel between you and us. Our news and information services are delivered to our customers and prospective customers via unencrypted e-mail. As stated in your account agreement, we reserve the right to use your e-mail address to send you important information relating to your account, including regulatory communications.
